We are seeking a versatile and strategic Marketing, Communication, and Sales Manager to lead our brand’s marketing, communication, and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing, communication, and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Maintain and enhance Kibonen’s brand identity, ensuring it resonates with target audiences.
  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the e-commerce platform.
  1. Public Relations:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to secure media coverage and enhance brand reputation.
  1. Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the brand’s presence both locally and internationally.
  1. Sales Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s sales skills and product knowledge.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
  1. Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze marketing, communication, and sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for the executive team, providing insights and recommendations based on data.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights from market research to refine strategies and product offerings.
  1. Inventory Management:
    • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
    • Oversee the distribution of products to various sales channels to meet demand.
  2. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing, communication, and sales budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve goals.
    • Monitor expenses and optimize processes to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a combined marketing, communication, and sales management role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, marketing analytics tools, and sales management platforms.
