We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the brand’s presence both locally and internationally.
  1. Sales Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s sales skills and product knowledge.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
  1. Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for the executive team, providing insights and recommendations based on sales data.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Use insights from market research to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Oversee the distribution of products to various sales channels to meet demand.
  1. Sales Channels Development:
  • Expand and optimize the brand’s sales channels, including e-commerce, retail partnerships, and direct sales.
  • Explore new sales avenues such as pop-up shops, trade shows, and collaborations.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor expenses and optimize the sales process to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales management role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
