We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive the growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the brand’s presence both locally and internationally.
- Sales Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s sales skills and product knowledge.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for the executive team, providing insights and recommendations based on sales data.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use insights from market research to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee the distribution of products to various sales channels to meet demand.
- Sales Channels Development:
- Expand and optimize the brand’s sales channels, including e-commerce, retail partnerships, and direct sales.
- Explore new sales avenues such as pop-up shops, trade shows, and collaborations.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor expenses and optimize the sales process to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales management role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
